Candidate FAQs

At Quantum, all staff are hired as W-2 employees. This means you’ll have access to employee benefits, tax withholdings are handled for you, and you’ll enjoy the stability of being part of our team rather than working as an independent contractor.

Yes! Quantum supports your growth and success by offering reimbursement for professional development and continuing education, new certifications, licensure costs, and even materials of your choice to tailor your educational environment.

You have complete control over your timeline: when you start, how often you work, and when you need time off. We offer all-inclusive PTO to qualifying employees and flexibility in employment status. Also, we do not require you to sign a non-compete clause. We are here to support what works for you.

Most early childhood and K-12 teaching roles—including classroom teachers, special education teachers, and substitute teachers—do require state-specific licensure or certification. However, we support candidates in obtaining a substitute teaching license in their states when possible, ensuring you can start working in schools while building your credentials and experience.
