School Psychologist Position Responsibilities
Conduct psychological and academic evaluations to support student learning and development
Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for interventions and services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, families, and administrators
Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide consultation and support related to behavioral, emotional, and academic concerns
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
School Psychologist Position Qualifications
Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
Active School Psychologist license or certification (per state requirements)
Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to support diverse student populations and needs
