Education/School Psych Assistant

School Psychologist Assistant (2025-2026 School Year)
•Pay Range: $530,744 – $45,380 annually / $21-$31 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in the management of student records.
•Assist in administering psychological and educational assessments, testing and diagnostic examinations of students.
•Send and track completion of online/in person questionnaires and upload completed questionnaires and alert psychologists when ready.
•Schedule testing sessions as needed.
•Complete educational/classroom observations of students; document observations as instructed by school psychologists.
•Take and convey messages, support email communication when needed, send to referral sources and other community contacts designated mental health information.
•Organizes report documents and ensures upload and distribution of reports in a timely manner.
•Setting up the testing environment.
•Assistant may also function under “Evaluation Assistant” title to assist with remote special education case managers. Role will assist case managers in: o Data Collection
•Dispersing and collecting – Informal academic and transition assessments
•Providing any accommodations that are stated that the student would need to access the material.
•Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
•Education: 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree, required. Subjects of preferred study include Psychology, •Education, the Social Sciences, Human Resources, or the Humanities. Interest in psychology or related behavioral health services.
•Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, or Educational Measurements, preferred
•Excellent office management skills.
•Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
•Interest in working with children, adolescents, and their families.
•Collaborative, innovative, flexible, driven.
•Team player.
•Ready to learn and contribute.
