Troy is one of the founding therapists of Quantum Health Professionals, Inc. He is active with creating the company vision.
Troy has been an executive in the healthcare staffing and service industries since 1993. He developed the Quantum model of service through time and with input from colleagues, business partners, employees, customers, and his administrative team. He recognizes that Quantum’s greatest assets are its employees, and he keeps this at the core of his mission as the company’s president.
Troy graduated from Kansas University Medical Center in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has served as a chapter officer. He has served as a college instructor and continues to speak as a guest lecturer on multiple campuses.
Kim Scott-Robert, OTR/L, MBA

Kim Scott-Robert joined Quantum Health Professionals as Vice President of Business Development in August 2009. In August 2017, she accepted the new role of President and in 2020 she became the CEO. As CEO, Kim oversees Quantum’s strategic vision, customer satisfaction, sales generation, product development, compliance, and its operations management.
Kim received a Master of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2000, and a Master of Business Administration, also from Rockhurst University, in 2010. She is an active member of both the American Occupational Therapy Association and the National Association of Rehabilitation Agencies and Providers.
Stacey Woodyard, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Senior Vice President of Operations & HR

Stacey Woodyard joined Quantum Health Professionals as Vice President of Operations in May 2015. In June of 2022, she accepted the role of Senior Vice President of Operations & HR. In this role, she is responsible for developing company infrastructure, maintaining employee and customer relations, and overseeing operational activities, including scheduling, payroll, accounts management, and human resource functions.
Stacey has more than 20 years of managing operational and human resource functions. Previously, she had worked for a large mechanical contractor and was responsible for managing human resources, payroll, risk management, marketing and ensuring maximum efficiencies within the organization.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University. She also is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
John Davis, PTA
Vice President of Recruiting & Sales

John Davis joined Quantum Health Professionals in October 2012 as Carolinas Area Director and most recently has been appointed to Vice President of Recruiting & Sales. In this role, he serves the entire United States area in marketing, recruiting, and sales generation, as well as providing customer service and support for employees and partnering companies.
John has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years in a variety of settings, including five years working for a therapy staffing company. He has over ten years experience serving as manager or director of therapy services for leading therapy providers. John has always been passionate about finding a balance between quality patient care, customer satisfaction, and employee gratification.
John graduated from Penn Valley Community College with an Associates in Physical Therapy in 1992.
Anna Robb, SLP
Vice President of Allied & Related Services

Anna stepped into the role of Vice President of Allied & Related Services in August 2022. Prior to serving in this position, she worked as the Midwest Regional Director and previously as the Kansas City Area Manager and as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She is responsible for recruiting and supporting dynamic therapists and collaborating with customers to ensure the development of mutually beneficial professional relationships in the Midwest region.
Anna has a passion for travel and serving others. She has worked as a therapist in a variety of medical and educational settings in local and travel assignments with Quantum Health Professionals.
Anna graduated from The University of Central Missouri with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2017.
Frankie Ferretti, M.S, CCC-SLP
Assistant Director of Related Services

Frankie joined Quantum Health Professionals as Assistant Director of Related Services in August of 2022. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the needs of the related services division throughout the Kansas City area as well as working alongside the team as a practicing clinician.
Prior to joining Quantum, Frankie worked as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for 4 years in Southern California. She graduated with her master’s degree from California State University Northridge in December 2020 and has since been working as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Her area of professional specialty include research, fluency (stuttering) and early intervention. Recently, she has been recognized and published by Marquis Who’s Who in America.
Frankie spends her free time with her fiancé and their two dogs, Rosie and Rufus. She loves listening to podcasts and adventuring with friends.
Jilandra Coffin, Ed.S., NCSP

Jilandra joined Quantum Education Professionals in 2022 as the Director of School Psychologists and Mental Health Professionals to aid the company in expanding their services. In this role, Jilandra is responsible for recruiting and supporting Quantum school psychologists and mental health professionals across all markets. She is entering her seventh year as a licensed school psychologist, and she has specialized in prevention/intervention services for early childhood development, Autism Spectrum disorders, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support. She enjoys advocating and educating about the field of school psychology.
Jilandra is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Psychology and Biology from Tennessee Technological University. She graduated from Lipscomb University With a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.
Traci Davis, M.Ed and Administration

Traci joined Quantum Health Professionals as the Director of Educational Services in the summer of 2020. In this role, Traci leads and expands Quantum’s MSP school-based services. She is responsible for day to day MSP operations, implementation of strategies to achieve contracted service levels, management of MSP service sales, and maintaining communication with our MSP clients to ensure successful business development.
Traci has 20 plus years working in the public school system. She has worked as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school administrator, and district coordinator. Traci enjoys working with students and staff to create rich learning environments, and she believes that exceptional learning experiences start with high quality educators leading the way. Traci is excited to be working with school districts across the United States to expand Quantum’s MSP, ensuring that every classroom starts the school year with an exceptional teacher.
Traci holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emporia State University, a Master of Education from MidAmerica University, and an Education, Leadership, and School Administration degree from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
Kay Merchant, MBA, PHR
Human Resources Manager

Kay Merchant joined Quantum Health Professionals in January 2023 as the Human Resources Manager. In this role, she oversees human resource functions and employee relations, including federal and state compliance.
Kay received two undergraduate degrees from the University of Phoenix in Psychology and Business Management, with a concentration in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She also earned her MBA in Human Resources Management from Park University in 2020. Kay has worked in human resources and case management for over five years and has had a focus in serving diverse communities and clients during that time. Her specialties include HR compliance, immigration, and DEI-focused endeavors.
After living in El Paso, Texas for nearly twenty years, Kay returned to her hometown of Kansas City in 2018 with her family. When she’s not working or spending time with her teenagers and partner, she enjoys reading, playing with her pets, cooking, writing fiction, and ‘glamping’ with her friends and family.
Angela Kaiser, PTA

Angela Kaiser joined Quantum Resource Professionals in accepting the new role of HR Generalist in December 2022. In this role, she is responsible for onboarding and credentialing current and future employees. She understands and values handling sensitive information, while processing documents in accordance with policies and regulations.
Angela has over 18 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in various healthcare settings. She is very goal oriented and strives to see others succeed. Through her experience in the healthcare field, she has seen a need to help those that enjoy helping others. Her mission is to be the support system needed to those out in the field who are making a difference in the lives of others every day.
Angela graduated from Penn Valley Community College with an Associate in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2004.
Chuck Marquis
HR Business Partner

Chuck Marquis joined Quantum Health Professionals as Scheduling Coordinator in June 2015. In November 2022, Chuck accepted the HR Business Partner role. In this role, he is responsible for scheduling all employees and payroll for our Q360 customers. He is also responsible for communicating with Quantum clients, and he strives to meet their requests on a monthly and daily basis. In doing so, he considers our therapists’ clinical experiences, and matches their availability with customers’ needs in a variety of settings, including: home health, outpatient, acute, long term care, and pediatrics.
Chuck has over 30 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, and operations management. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong work ethic, organizational skills, quick problem solving, and exceptional customer service.
Kenickay Prendergast
Credentialing and Licensing Specialist II

Kenickay Prendergast joined Quantum Health Professionals as a Credentialing and Licensing Specialist II in April 2023. In her role it she ensures that the medical staff credentialing process adheres to all regulatory requirements. Her position in the travel division requires her to maintain accurate records of medical staff licenses, certifications, and other credentials. Her extensive background in the healthcare industry and her certifications in agile methodologies Her expertise in agile methodologies is evidenced by her certifications in Scrum Fundamentals (CSF) and Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CSSYB).
Kenickay is also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in medical staffing. She is an accomplished public speaker with Toastmasters International and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration management from Broward College.
During her free time, Kenickay enjoys indulging in karaoke, ice skating, and spending quality time with her family. She is currently located in Jacksonville, FL.
Tracy Tormes, BCBA, LBA, MA ABA, BS ED.
Vice President of ABA & Special Education

Tracy joined Quantum Health Professionals in April of 2021 as the National Director of ABA. In November of 2022 she accepted the position of Vice President of ABA & Special Education. In this role, Tracy will lead and expand the Applied Behavior Analysis department. She will be responsible for recruiting and supporting ABA providers and for marketing to new and existing customers.
Tracy has worked in the field of special education for over 20 years, including a variety of roles. She has experience as a special education teacher, school administrator, Safe-Crisis Management Certified Trainer, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is passionate about providing excellent service to clients inspired by her personal life story of her brother.
Tracy holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a certification from 3-21 in Special Education from Missouri Western State University.
Nathan Raines
National Director of Special Education

Nathan stepped into the role of National Director of Special Education in November 2022. Prior to serving in this position, he worked as a Quantum Special Education Teacher in the Kansas City Area. He is responsible for recruiting and supporting Special Education Teachers as to meet the needs of students and districts.
Nathan has worked in the field of SPED and ABA for 13 years, but his passion for people with special needs reaches into his childhood. He has experienced a full spectrum of educational roles such as Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Consultant/Trainer, Special Education Teacher, and School Administrator. Nathan’s experiences have allowed him to teach, train, consult, and transition students in over 15 area school districts. He is passionate about inspiring educators to build engaging classrooms saturated with proven behavioral supports and instructional best-practices.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary and Special Education from Western Governors University.
Carl Smith, BCaBA

Carl joined Quantum Health Professionals in April of 2022 as the Assistant Director of Support Services. In this role, Carl will be responsible for recruiting and supporting ABA providers in the field.
Carl has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 7 years as clinical case supervisor. He has experience as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) working directly with clients as well as training and supporting staff. He is passionate about supporting kids and providers throughout the treatment journey!
Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Pittsburg State University with a certification in Behavior Analysis from St. Joseph’s University.
Kara Resseguie
Human Resources Specialist

Kara joined Quantum Health Professionals as an RBT in the Fall of 2021. Just one year later, she stepped into her new role as HR Specialist. Kara is passionate about taking on the responsibilities of ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new employees as well as advocating for employee morale and wellness.
Kara received her B.A. in Liberal Arts from Maharishi International University, and she is currently pursuing her M.A. and license in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as she plans to use her credentials to continue her work in mental health advocacy. She is also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and enjoys incorporating this knowledge into her work.
Originally from the Kansas City area, Kara moved to North Carolina in the summer of 2021 in hopes of a fresh start. When she’s not working or practicing yoga, she enjoys hiking in the beautiful Carolina forests, songwriting, and most importantly, spending quality time with friends and family.
Debbie Monroe
Payroll and Accounts Specialist

Debbie Monroe joined the Quantum Team as the Payroll and Accounts Specialist in October 2019. In this role, she is responsible for processing payroll for all Quantum team members and customer billing.
Prior to joining Quantum, Debbie worked for a national general contractor and has over 20 years of payroll and human resource experience. She has also managed workers’ compensation, insurance, licensing and other accounting functions.
Debbie is dedicated to her support for employees and customer satisfaction. She understands that those qualities are mirrored by Quantum Health Professionals. She has developed a strong work ethic and looks forward to interacting with employees and clients.
Hannah Baker
Director of Communications

Hannah joined Quantum Resource Professionals in June of 2022 as the Director of Communications. Prior to this position, she worked as a broadcast multimedia journalist at a TV station in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, Hannah is responsible for coordinating with other directors with the planning of recruitment events and conferences both locally and nationally to help meet the needs of our partners.
She will communicate with different schools and organizations to help strengthen partnerships to help graduating students and current professionals in the field find the perfect fit for them.
Hannah graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Professional Media in May of 2020.
Riley Robert
Social Media Director

Riley joined Quantum Health Professionals as Social Media Director in January 2020. She earned a BA in English while also studying Italian and Psychology at the University of Kansas in 2019. Additionally, Riley received her Global Awareness Program certificate, became a member of the Gamma Kappa Alpha Italian National Honor Society, and became a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars while at KU.
As Social Media Director, Riley manages Quantum’s Instagram, Facebook page, and LinkedIn. In this role, she’s responsible for promoting Quantum and its opportunities with professional, creative content that aligns with Quantum’s company vision and values. Currently, Riley is pursuing a Master’s in Book Publishing at Portland State University in tandem with working for Quantum.
Kelly O’Keefe
IT Analyst

Kelly started his affiliation with Quantum Health Professionals in February 2020 as an IT Analyst. He is responsible for supporting the staff with computer-related support issues as well as any IT aid. Kelly provides a wealth of IT knowledge and experience to the organization.
Prior to joining Quantum, Kelly worked for over 15 years in the healthcare IT field where he excelled and developed a strong understanding of how systems need to operate efficiently and safely. He joins the team being able to provide a wide range of technical skills to ensure systems are operating at their highest capabilities. He is in-tuned with the ever-changing technological advances and changes we are experiencing daily.
Kelly holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems from Pittsburg State University.
