Troy is one of the founding therapists of Quantum Health Professionals, Inc. He is active with creating the company vision.
Troy has been an executive in the healthcare staffing and service industries since 1993. He developed the Quantum model of service through time and with input from colleagues, business partners, employees, customers, and his administrative team. He recognizes that Quantum’s greatest assets are its employees, and he keeps this at the core of his mission as the company’s president.
Troy graduated from Kansas University Medical Center in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has served as a chapter officer. He has served as a college instructor and continues to speak as a guest lecturer on multiple campuses.
Kim Scott-Robert, OTR/L, MBA

Kim Scott-Robert joined Quantum Health Professionals as Vice President of Business Development in August 2009. In August 2017, she accepted the new role of President and in 2020 she became the CEO. As CEO, Kim oversees Quantum’s strategic vision, customer satisfaction, sales generation, product development, compliance, and its operations management.
Kim received a Master of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2000, and a Master of Business Administration, also from Rockhurst University, in 2010. She is an active member of both the American Occupational Therapy Association and the National Association of Rehabilitation Agencies and Providers.
Stacey Woodyard, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Senior Vice President of Operations & HR

Stacey Woodyard joined Quantum Health Professionals as Vice President of Operations in May 2015. In June of 2022, she accepted the role of Senior Vice President of Operations & HR. In this role, she is responsible for developing company infrastructure, maintaining employee and customer relations, and overseeing operational activities, including scheduling, payroll, accounts management, and human resource functions.
Stacey has more than 20 years of managing operational and human resource functions. Previously, she had worked for a large mechanical contractor and was responsible for managing human resources, payroll, risk management, marketing and ensuring maximum efficiencies within the organization.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University. She also is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
John Davis, PTA

John Davis joined Quantum Health Professionals in October 2012 as Carolinas Area Director and most recently has been appointed to Vice President of Recruiting & Sales. In this role, he serves the entire United States area in marketing, recruiting, and sales generation, as well as providing customer service and support for employees and partnering companies.
John has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years in a variety of settings, including five years working for a therapy staffing company. He has over ten years experience serving as manager or director of therapy services for leading therapy providers. John has always been passionate about finding a balance between quality patient care, customer satisfaction, and employee gratification.
John graduated from Penn Valley Community College with an Associates in Physical Therapy in 1992.
Ali Caro, RN, BSN
Lead Nurse

Ali joined Quantum Resource Professionals in April 2023 as a school nurse in one of Quantum’s Q360 partner school districts. In May 2024, she was promoted to Lead Nurse. In this role, Ali is responsible for providing support and direction for Quantum’s Nursing Division and staying up to date on school nurse best practices.
Before joining Quantum, Ali worked as a Pediatric Critical Care Operating Room Nurse at Children’s Mercy Hospital for 4 years and was with Children’s Mercy for a total of 8 years. In May 2013, she graduated from Avila University with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-health professions with a minor in Biology. Ali officially became a Registered Nurse after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mid-America Nazarene University in May 2019.
Anna Robb, SLP
Vice President of Allied & Related Services

Anna stepped into the role of Vice President of Allied & Related Services in August 2022. Prior to serving in this position, she worked as the Midwest Regional Director and previously as the Kansas City Area Manager and as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She is responsible for recruiting and supporting dynamic therapists and collaborating with customers to ensure the development of mutually beneficial professional relationships in the Midwest region.
Anna has a passion for travel and serving others. She has worked as a therapist in a variety of medical and educational settings in local and travel assignments with Quantum Health Professionals.
Anna graduated from The University of Central Missouri with a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2017.
Frankie Ferretti, M.S, CCC-SLP
Director of Related Services

Frankie joined Quantum Health Professionals as Assistant Director of Related Services in August of 2022, she was promoted to the role of Director of Related Services in June of 2023. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the needs of the related services division throughout the Kansas City area as well as working alongside the team as a practicing clinician.
Prior to joining Quantum, Frankie worked as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for 4 years in Southern California. She graduated with her master’s degree from California State University Northridge in December 2020 and has since been working as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Her areas of professional specialty include research, fluency (stuttering) and early intervention. Recently, she has been recognized and published by Marquis Who’s Who in America.
Frankie spends her free time with her husband and their two dogs, Rosie and Rufus. She loves listening to podcasts and adventuring with friends.
Shane Reed, CCC-SLP
Clinical Supervisor

Shane assumed the role of Clinical Supervisor in July 2023. Prior to serving in this role, Shane joined Quantum in 2020 where he completed his Clinical Fellowship. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, Shane has provided quality care in a variety of settings to those with communicative needs within the state of Kansas. In his current role, he is responsible for supervision and mentorship to Clinical Fellows pursuing their Certificate of Clinical Competence, as well as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants that provide support to Speech-Language Pathologists. He also aids in the recruitment of qualified and motivated therapists looking to make positive impacts in communities and the lives of others.
Shane is committed to lifelong learning and has a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Shane graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2020.
Kelly Jenner, CCC-SLP
Clinical Supervisor

Kelly joined Quantum as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in August 2022 and began the role as Clinical Supervisor in July 2024. Kelly has extensive experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in many settings including skilled nursing, home health, outpatient care and in the schools. In her experience, Kelly has provided support to students completing graduate externships and graduates completing their clinical fellowships. In the role as Clinical Supervisor, Kelly provides supervision and mentorship to Clinical Fellows and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.
Kelly graduated from Rockhurst University with a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2002. She has a passion for treatment of cognitive-communication, dysphagia, aphasia, childhood language, literacy and fluency. Kelly is also passionate about collaborating with special education teachers and families to achieve the goals of our students and clients. Outside of helping others, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travel and building relationships with others.
Traci Davis, M.Ed and Administration

Traci joined Quantum Resource Professionals as the Director of Educational Services in the summer of 2020. In this role, Traci leads and expands Quantum’s MSP school-based services. She is responsible for day to day MSP operations, implementation of strategies to achieve contracted service levels, management of MSP service sales, and maintaining communication with our MSP clients to ensure successful business development.
Traci has 20 plus years working in the public school system. She has worked as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school administrator, and district coordinator. Traci enjoys working with students and staff to create rich learning environments, and she believes that exceptional learning experiences start with high quality educators leading the way. Traci is excited to be working with school districts across the United States to expand Quantum’s MSP, ensuring that every classroom starts the school year with an exceptional teacher.
Traci holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emporia State University, a Master of Education from MidAmerica University, and an Education, Leadership, and School Administration degree from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.
Ty Allan Collins Jr., M.Ed

Ty joined Quantum Resource Professionals as the Director of Educational Services II in the spring of 2023 to support the continued expansion of Quantum’s MSP school-based service, Q360 Workforce Solutions. He is responsible for overseeing daily Q360 operations for select partners, creating and implementing strategies to achieve desired service levels, managing Q360 sales, and communicating with Q360 partners to ensure growth and success.
Ty started working as a classroom educator in 2010 and most recently worked as a Dean of Students at a Kansas City area school before joining our team. He’s passionate about creating authentic learning experiences to help students explore their passions and develop lifelong interests. Positive relationships with open communication are important to Ty, because he recognizes that these types of relationships strengthen our school communities and greater communities as a whole.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Kansas (2008), a Graduate Teaching Certification from Avila University (2010), a Master’s in Special Education from Fort Hays State University (2013), and a Master’s in Sports Management from the University of Kansas (2020). Ty is a lifelong learner and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Educational Administration at the University of Kansas.
Angela Kaiser, PTA

Angela Kaiser joined Quantum Resource Professionals in accepting the new role of HR Generalist in December 2022. In this role, she is responsible for onboarding and credentialing current and future employees. She understands and values handling sensitive information, while processing documents in accordance with policies and regulations.
Angela has over 18 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in various healthcare settings. She is very goal oriented and strives to see others succeed. Through her experience in the healthcare field, she has seen a need to help those that enjoy helping others. Her mission is to be the support system needed to those out in the field who are making a difference in the lives of others every day.
Angela graduated from Penn Valley Community College with an Associate in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2004.
Lauren Milby, BA

Lauren Milby joined Quantum Education Professionals in September 2023 as the Education Onboarding Specialist. In this role, she is responsible for onboarding and credentialing current and future employees.
With 13 years of experience in the field of education, Lauren has served in a variety of roles. She started her career in education at a long-term psychiatric treatment facility working directly with youth, then transitioned into managing intake, client progress, and utilization of psychiatric services at the same facility. In the public education setting, Lauren has worked as a Behavior Specialist, a Special Education Teacher, and as an Alternative Education Teacher. Before working in education, Lauren worked in digital advertising, site development, and social media marketing for a well-established Kansas City advertising agency. She also spent time as an Advertising Account Executive for a major radio broadcast group. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from William Jewell College.
Outside of work, Lauren is a regular at the dog park chasing her pups. She enjoys kayaking, crafting DIY projects, and woodworking, but most of all she loves watching her son wrestle in the NCAA B1G as a student at Northwestern University.
Mariah Bryant

Mariah joined Quantum Resource Professionals October of 2024 as a HR assistant. In this role she will be assisting with credentialing future and current employees, onboarding, and employee relations.
She is an enthusiastic administrative professional with 9 years of experience in both the animal health field and dental field. She is great at multitasking, adaptability & communication who is very detail oriented with a positive attitude.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 2 kids, and spending time outside doing things like hiking, which helps her bring a balanced perspective to her role.
Chuck Marquis
HR Business Partner

Chuck Marquis joined Quantum Health Professionals as Scheduling Coordinator in June 2015. In November 2022, Chuck accepted the HR Business Partner role. In this role, he is responsible for scheduling all employees and payroll for our Q360 customers. He is also responsible for communicating with Quantum clients, and he strives to meet their requests on a monthly and daily basis. In doing so, he considers our therapists’ clinical experiences, and matches their availability with customers’ needs in a variety of settings, including: home health, outpatient, acute, long term care, and pediatrics.
Chuck has over 30 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, and operations management. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong work ethic, organizational skills, quick problem solving, and exceptional customer service.
Tracy Tormes, BCBA, LBA, MA ABA, BS ED.

Tracy joined Quantum Resource Professionals in April of 2021 as the National Director of ABA. In November of 2022 she accepted the position of Vice President of ABA & Special Education. In this role, Tracy leads and expands the Applied Behavior Analysis and the Education Departments and is responsible for marketing to new and existing customers.
Tracy has worked in the field of special education for over 20 years, including a variety of roles. She has experience as a special education teacher, school administrator, Safe-Crisis Management Certified Trainer, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is passionate about providing excellent service to clients inspired by her personal life story of her brother.
Tracy holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a certification from 3-21 in Special Education from Missouri Western State University.
Madison Wilson, B.Ed

Madison Wilson stepped into the role of National Director of Special Education in January 2024. Prior to serving in this position, she worked as a Quantum Special Education Teacher in the Kansas City area. She is responsible for supporting and recruiting special education teachers to help them meet the needs of students and districts.
Madison has dedicated the last 7 years to working as a Special Education teacher, contributing her expertise to a range of educational environments, including both elementary and middle school settings. Madison’s journey began in high school, where she served as a peer mentor, gaining valuable insights into the potential inherent in every student. Witnessing the transformative impact of friendship, she became driven to be the ally every child needs. During her time in the field, Madison has excelled in building meaningful relationships by fostering open communication, trust, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Madison’s philosophy centers on the belief that relentless advocacy, both for students and oneself, is the key to unlocking unprecedented achievements.

Tasheka Garrett, MS

Tasheka joined Quantum Education Professionals in July 2023 as the Assistant Director of Support Services and was promoted to Director of Support Services in December 2023. In this capacity, she is responsible for recruiting, supervision, training, and support of Paras & RBT’s at educational facilities/schools throughout the Kansas City Metro Area.
Before joining Quantum’s leadership team, Tasheka worked as a Quantum Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. She has over 12 years of diverse professional experience in special education, human services, and mental health and has worked previously as a Paraeducator, Special Education Teacher, Lead RBT, and Case Manager.
Tasheka is an advocate for early intervention and establishing positive relationships while students are young to provide better support for their developing cognitive, socio-emotional, and functional behaviors. She’s also trained in trauma-based behaviors and conscious discipline, and is passionate about supporting underserved populations with significant needs.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with an emphasis in mental health from Washburn University and a Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction from Emporia State University.
Jocelyn Gamez, LSP, MS, BCBA, LBA, BA

Jocelyn joined Quantum Resource Professionals in September of 2024 as the National Director of School Psychology & ABA. She is a dually licensed School Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Jocelyn has over 8 years of experience in administering standardized assessments, data interpretation, report writing, providing consultation, and thoroughly explaining difficult topics. She enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes. Jocelyn has a passion for identifying problems, modifying processes, and breaking down tasks into manageable and clear steps. She loves to share her knowledge with a kind and approachable demeanor.
Prior to serving in this position, she worked as an itinerant school-based school psychologist for five years. She then moved into contract school psychologist work for 3 years (virtual and in-person).
She is responsible for recruiting and supporting therapists (school psychologists, counselors, social workers, BCBAs) and partnering with customers to create and nurture professional relationships that benefit both parties.
Jocelyn graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with a master’s degree in School Psychology in 2017 and completed her professional certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in 2022. In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys going on walks, taking dance classes, and finding new cuisines.
Adam Beatty, MS Ed.

Adam began serving as the Director of Education in July of 2024. He came to Quantum after 15 years in public education, having worked in urban, rural, and alternative settings. Most recently, Adam was an Instructional Coach in the Kansas City Kansas School District. As the Director of Education, Adam is responsible for recruiting prospective teachers as well as providing support and resources to Quantum teachers in the classroom.
Adam started teaching in 2009, after graduating with BS Ed. (Social Science) from Northwest Missouri State University. He later received an MS Ed. (Educational Technology) from Pittsburg State University in 2021. He has held teaching licenses Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas, certified in Secondary Social Studies, Library Media, and English for Speakers of Other Languages. During his time in public education, Adam developed a passion for mentoring young teachers, supporting high-quality instruction, and finding creative solutions to better serve students.
Jesi Rathbun

Jesi Rathbun became the Educational Growth & Development Coach in May 2024. In this role, she supports districts and teachers in the field and she helps with education recruitment.
Prior to becoming the Educational Growth & Development, Jesi has been a Quantum Special Education Teacher since 2021. In her 13+ years of working in education, Jesi has taken on many different titles and roles while staying true to her passion for open communication and building rapport to support student needs.
Jesi earned her Bachelors of Educational Studies from Western Governors University in 2021. Since the start of her career in education, Jesi has excelled in building meaningful relationships through good communication, trust, and collaboration. Her philosophy centers on the belief that meeting individuals where they are will ensure success and rapport.
Sam Phimmachak
Payroll and Accounts Specialist

Sam joined the Quantum team as the Payroll and Accounts Specialist in February 2024. In this role, he is responsible for processing payroll for all Quantum team members as well as processing vendor and customer payments and various accounting functions.
Sam has over 12 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Quantum he spent 9 years working for a mid-size oil company where he was a member of the accounts payable team and later moving to the transportation department where a large portion of his responsibility was processing driver payroll.
Sam graduated from Park University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Finance in 2012.
Hannah Reed
Director of Communications

Hannah joined Quantum Resource Professionals in June of 2022 as the Director of Communications. Prior to this position, she worked as a broadcast multimedia journalist at a TV station in Wichita, Kansas. As Director of Communications, Hannah is responsible for coordinating with other directors with the planning of recruitment events and conferences both locally and nationally to help meet the needs of our customers.
She also communicates with school programs and industry-related organizations to strengthen Quantum’s community partnerships and help graduating students and current professionals find positions that fit their career goals and lifestyles.
Hannah graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Professional Media in May of 2020.
Riley Robert, MA
Marketing & Graphic Arts Director

Riley first joined Quantum Resource Professionals as Social Media Director in 2020 and accepted the role of Marketing & Graphic Arts Director in July 2022. As Marketing & Graphic Arts Director, Riley manages Quantum’s social media accounts, creates Quantum’s social media graphics and content, designs marketing and recruiting documents, writes email campaigns, and consults/supports other Quantum directors on a variety of internal projects.
In all creative projects, Riley is responsible for promoting Quantum’s opportunities with professional, creative content that aligns with the company’s vision, values, and goals.
Riley earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in Italian and Psychology and a Global Awareness Program Certificate from the University of Kansas in 2019. She also became a member of the Gamma Kappa Alpha Italian National Honor Society and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars while at KU.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Riley moved to Portland, Oregon in 2020 to pursue a Master of Science in Book Publishing with specializations in graphic design and digital skills, which she earned in 2022. Riley enjoys working at Quantum because of her passion for transparency in marketing and for promoting positive work experiences for others.

As Quantum’s Pawsitive Reinforcement Specialists, Silas, Kenna, and Scarlett are responsible for supporting mental wellness and positive workplace culture at our Kansas City office. In this role, they routinely visit the desks of each office staff member for treats, head scratches, and to help our team enjoy their time at work.
