Applicant FAQs
Will I be a 1099 or W-2 employee?
At Quantum, all staff are hired as W-2 employees. This means you’ll have access to employee benefits, tax withholdings are handled for you, and you’ll enjoy the stability of being part of our team rather than working as an independent contractor.
Is there continuing education, licensure and/or material reimbursement?
Yes! Quantum supports your growth and success by offering reimbursement for professional development and continuing education, new certifications, licensure costs, and even materials of your choice to tailor your educational environment to your preferences and needs.
How can Quantum help me achieve work-life balance?
You have complete control over your timeline: when you start, how often you work, and when you need time off. We offer all-inclusive PTO to qualifying employees and flexibility in employment status. Also, we do not require you to sign a non-compete clause. We are here to support what works for you.
What benefits are provided?
