Q360 does not operate as a single staffing vendor. Instead, we oversee coordination, compliance, credentialing, billing, and performance across staffing vendors—providing districts with structure, accountability, and efficiency without limiting access to talent. This allows districts to fill positions more effectively while reducing the administrative burden of managing multiple staffing vendors internally.

Yes. Our partners maintain full approval authority over all professionals. Q360 facilitates sourcing, screening, and compliance, but final decisions always rest with the school district.

Many MSP models are closed or semi-closed, meaning staffing is primarily sourced from a limited group of affiliated vendors. While this can simplify vendor management, it often constrains the candidate pool and can result in positions remaining unfilled when those vendors are unable to deliver.

Q360 operates using an Open Managed Service Provider (Open MSP) model. We include our sister company, Quantum Education Professionals, along with qualified external vendors. Districts are also invited to include any existing staffing vendors they value and wish to retain within the Q360 framework. The district remains in control of what vendors are selected to work in your school district.

Rather than reducing vendors for the sake of consolidation, Q360 prioritizes filling open positions with qualified professionals. By coordinating multiple workforce channels through one point of accountability, consistent compliance standards, and consolidated billing, Q360 reduces administrative burden without limiting access to talent. The result is greater flexibility, faster fills, and a workforce strategy aligned to student and district needs.

Q360 is funded through a participation fee paid by staffing vendors, typically 5% of the vendor’s invoice, in exchange for centralized workforce management, compliance oversight, and billing consolidation.
