Board Certified Behavior Analysts (2025-2026 School Year)
• Pay Range: $62,592-$95,160 annually / $43-$65 hourly

Quantum Resource Professionals is seeking passionate and dedicated licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians working with clients
• Implement1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children
• Participate in training activities as needed that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trail teaching techniques, management of challenging behaviors, child development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population. In addition to recording and reporting on the behavior of individual children as assigned
• Assist with training and competency checklists for new and existing Registered Behavior Technicians
• Communicate with supervisory staff
• Prepare and conduct team meetings as needed
• Monthly graphing and progress reports
• Introduce and train new client programs
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ALFS, or other curriculum assessments as assigned
• Develop functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention plan
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team members
• Complete comprehensive documentation of all services as required by the contract facilities policies and procedures and notifies supervisory therapist of all required co-signatures.
• Document and complete all billing requirements for such services as required by each payor source and/or the contract facility’s policy and procedures.
• Provide direction and supervision of BCaBA’s and RBT’s services under the rules and regulations of the appropriate State Practice Acts and any other State or Federal guidelines, in addition to Quantum’s policies and procedures.
• Assist in the assurance that the physical surroundings and equipment are sanitary, orderly and free from conditions which may cause safety hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in acceptable field
• Hold active status as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Completed 8-hour supervision training as required by the BACB
• Licensed in employment state as a BCBA
